You can return any item which is nonexempt for refund within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
1) Any pharmaceutical item, including local anaesthetic unless damaged or faulty.
2) Any small equipment Ie: curing lights, handpieces and amalgamators etc. unless damaged or faulty. We may accept returns should the manufacturers seal not be broken, and the product is resaleable condition.
3) Should you wish to return an item, you need to email sales@crowndentalsupply.co.uk with the items and quantity you wish to return along with reason for return and your invoice number. We will then email you a returns form back completed for you to enclose in your returns box.
4) If the return is for any other reason other than faulty, incorrect or damaged stock then a standard charge for collection of £11 will be made and collection will be via DPD. Should you wish to you can also return the product/s by any other means of transport at your own cost and it is your responsibility to make sure you have proof of sending and also it is adequately covered should it be damaged or lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All credits if a pay monthly customer will be automatically credited to your account and if you have paid upfront via card or bacs, we will credit you back to that same method of payment.
